Li Yi-Yuan

Actor of the Contemporary Legend Theatre and Hsing Legend Youth Theatre, Li Yi-Yuan specializes in wuchou and has studied with Shi Xiaoliang, the top-level chou master of Tianjin Youth Peking Opera Troupe, and Ding Zhongbao, Zhang Yuqiao, Lin Chao-hsu, and other renowned masters. His repertoire includes Shi Qian Steals Armors, Stealing the Nine Dragan Cup Thrice, Fight at Melon Garden, Standing the Horse, and Borrowing a Fan. He performed in Faust at the 2019 Sibiu International Theatre Festival, in Wu Song—The Tiger Warrior at the 2019 Festival Off Avignon, and the 2019 Waiting for Godot in Shanghai.
